Fox glacier to Queenstown

The day after, it was sunny, we put the stuff quickly in the car and drove to the lake before the sun crossed the mountains. I arrived just in time to take the best picture with the famous reflexion ! You can see Mt Cook on the right and mt Tasman on the left side.






























After spending a long time around the lake to take a lot of pictures, we are going to Fox glacier to do the short walking track and see the glacier.















A girl from the council who was looking good, ask us some questions about safety and security sign along the track but when we tell her that we did it by flip-flap, she understood that signs were not really persuasive about rock fall danger.

We drove from beginnig of the afternoon through Haast pass, stopped at lake Wanaka, and lake Hawea which are really good spot to relax and to take some photos.

We arrived at the end of the afternoon in Queenstown, a small town of 8,500 inhabitants with a lot of full backpackers. We found one after calling five of them, happy to have a real bed to relax and to take a shower.
